Meet our Executive Chef

Oak Alley's Restaurant is OPEN.  Breakfast is available daily from 8:30 am until 10:30 am with lunch available from 11am until 3pm.    Visitors are asked to park in the restaurant parking while the historic site remains temporarily closed. 

 

The Gift Shop, Cafe & Spirit's Bar will remain temporarily closed.

Chef Erin Rau

Erin has more than twelve years of background in fine dining and catering.  A graduate from the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute.  She brings to our table the essence of French, Cajun-Creole and Italian cooking.  

Adding to our delicious and long standing tradition of Cajun and Creole cooking, our daily special by Chef Rau.
