Oak Alley Plantation, Restaurant & Inn is a unique location for corporate meetings and retreats, casual lunches and special dinners. We offer meeting space, overnight accommodations and special event facilities.
The West Pavilion, a farm shed built on the site of the original slave quarters during the Sobral ownership (1881-1905), has been recently renovated to reflect a setting of true casual elegance. It is a unique location for corporate meetings and retreats, casual lunches and special dinners. As once used to host dinner theater, is the perfect set up for classroom style meetings or casual events.
The facility can accommodate up to 100 guests in a classroom style setting. For smaller groups, tables can be arranged for breakout sessions and separate tables for dining, as well as a smaller meeting room.
Plantation Meeting Room, is available for groups up to 34 guests depending on desired table configuration. The Meeting Room is available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily. Additional time may be added at $75.00 per hour. Room is equipped with high speed wireless internet and a dry erase board to better accommodate you at no additional charge.
Audio visual equipment is available for your special presentations. Equipment available includes: 3 LCD HD home theater projector, a large 106” projector screen, & media cart. A podium & microphone will also be made available as well as wireless internet.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks can be included in your package. Oak Alley Plantation Restaurant can accommodate your group with both continental and breakfast buffets as well as casual Cajun lunch buffets and dinners. Morning and afternoon snacks can also be available. Please contact our Sales Department for detailed menus and pricing.
Overnight accommodations are also available in our bed & breakfast cottages. This unique and serene setting is a great place to get away for a business retreat. Your employees and business colleagues can enjoy a wonderful stay where they can unwind, clear their minds, and awake refreshed from an overnight stay in our century old plantation cottages. They can stroll to our restaurant to enjoy the full country breakfast included with an overnight stay to prepare themselves for a productive day of meetings on the plantation grounds.
Grounds and Mansion Tours are a great way for your employees and business clients to have a well deserved break during those long meeting hours. Allow them to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere to rejuvenate their tired minds. Group discounts are available for admissions.
