First Course
Shrimp Remoulade a la Roman

Jumbo shrimp, seasoned and poached, then tossed in our presentation of the classic remoulade sauce

Second Course
French Onion Soup Au Gratin
Rich broth with Vidalia onions, sherry wine and a crostini, topped with a
slice of Gruyere cheese, then broiled
Third Course
House Boursin Cheese
House made Boursin cheese crusted
in crushed almonds, and served with toasted French bread and fresh fruit

Fourth Course
Pecan Crusted Fillet
Fillet of fish, seasoned and pecan crusted, then broiled and served over a rich spiced pecan butter cream, accompanied by baby green beans
Fifth Course
Cane Field Salad
Baby iceberg lettuce crowned with toasted pecans, cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes, and laced
with a homemade sugar cane vinaigrette

Filet Mignon Josephine
Tenderloin of beef, grilled to perfection, and served over a port wine demi-glace, then crowned with a crab meat Bearnaise and accompanied with roasted parsley potatoes
