Chef's Meatball Florentine
Seasoned ground chuck blended with fresh herbs and spices, formed into a jumbo sized meatball,
roasted to perfection, draped with a spiced tomato sauce, crowned with mozzarella cheese,
and set atop sautéed spinach, mushrooms, garlic and sherry infused grape tomatoes. 
Served with a tossed salad and garlic bread. $15.95

French Quarter Crepes
 Thin crepes filled with crab meat, cream cheese, fresh herbs, and spices; then topped with a Cajun Shrimp Cream. 
Served with wild pecan rice, vegetables, warm dinner rolls, and butter. $16.95

Both Chef's Specials come with a glass of Champagne or Mimosa, refills $5.00.
