Pan-roasted stuffed chicken served with sweet potato soufflé and corn bread dressing.

Flounder with Crab Meat Stuffing topped with Fried Potato Scales

Flounder filet pan sautéed slightly topped with a cornbread crab meat stuffing then covered with thinly sliced potato scales and baked, set atop a pool of beurre blanc sauce. Served with sweet potato soufflé.
