Flounder filet pan sautéed slightly topped with a cornbread crab meat stuffing then covered with thinly sliced potato scales and baked, set atop a pool of beurre blanc sauce. Served with roasted chateau blend vegetables, spring mix salad, warm rolls and butter.

~Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken~
Spinach & Artichoke stuffed boneless chicken breast wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and pan seared. Served with wild rice pilaf, roasted chateau blend vegetables, spring mix salad, warm rolls and butter.

~Grilled Beef Ribeye~
6 oz Beef Ribeye steak grilled to order topped with a mushroom Marchand Du Vin Sauce. Served with wild rice pilaf, roasted chateau blend vegetables, spring mix salad, warm rolls, and butter.

~Grillades and Cheese Grits~
Tender slices of veal slow simmered in Creole gravy and served with cheese grits. Includes homemade maple and sage fresh sausage and brabant potatoes.

~Banana Fosters French Toast~
Two slices of Texas sized toast dipped in a sweet custard mixture and pan fried then topped with banana fosters sauce. Includes homemade maple and sage fresh sausage and brabant potatoes.

~Crawfish Omelet~
A three-egg omelet stuffed with sautéed crawfish tails, onions, and bell peppers then topped with our crawfish Étouffée. Includes homemade maple sage fresh sausage and brabant potatoes.
