Is breakfast included in rate?
A full country breakfast, served in our restaurant, is included in the cottage rental rate.

What are our options for dinner?
While the Oak Alley Restaurant is open for breakfast (8:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m.) and lunch (11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.), it is not open for dinner. However, our staff will be happy to help you make reservations at an area restaurant, or arrange to-go orders from our restaurant to be put in your cottage (must be pre-arranged by 2:00 p.m. the day before arrival).

Is smoking allowed?
All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Can we bring our pet?
Pets are not allowed.

What about TVs and telephones?
To add to the serenity, there are no telephones located in the cottages. For your convenience, a pay phone is located in the Restaurant/Gift Shop alcove. We have added Televisions and internet in some of the cottages. (see details on cottage page)

What about touring the mansion?
While guests are free to walk the grounds at their leisure, tours of the mansion are not included in the rental rate. Tickets may be purchased at the front office.

Who can we speak to once we arrive?
An attendant is located in the Ticket Booth seven days a week until 10:00 p.m. to take reservations, answer questions, make suggestions, etc.

How much do you charge for additional guests?
All rates are based on double occupancy. If a reservation is made for more than two guests, each additional person over the age of 11 will be charged $20.00 + tax. (Children under 12 stay free and a child's continental breakfast is included.)

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made seven days in advance are refunded the full amount, less a $25.00 per night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date forfeit a refund.
